We are very pleased to announce that Paolo Bonardi just joined the Valencia Philosophy Lab as a Maria Zambrano postdoctoral researcher. Welcome, Paolo!

The Spanish Ministry for Science and Innovation (Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación) just published the call for the Juan de la Cierva-formación postdoctoral fellowship. This fellowship is addressed to early stage researchers who were awarded their PhD between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2021. The period of application will begin on 20 January 2022 and will end on 3 February 2022. Applications by eligible candidates must be included in a matching application to be submitted by a member of a department within Spain, willing to incorporate the successful applicant. The Valencia Philosophy Lab (https://vlclab.blogs.uv.es) invites researchers working in areas within the remit of the group to send their expression of interest, together with their CV and a very brief description of their projected research, to the group’s coordinator, Marc Artiga (marc.artiga@uv.es), to solicit support before 12 January 2022.

 The new reading group on Rationality and Intersubjectivity will kick off on Wednesday 17 from 15:00 to 16:30. The RG will run mostly biweekly and there will be three interconnected clusters of topics: Action explanation, Sense/concept individuation and Mental Files.
